I was thinking that I liked those stairs also . My daughter enjoys putting bread on the window seals so she can watch the birds come by . The other day we feed a team of them in a parking lot :)
I had exactly the same thought as Matthew - those stairs are a lovely grey and I am a complete sucker for white painted brick work. No wonder you wanted that place so bad.
