The last lot of holiday pics – that I'm posting, there are many more – taken at Gardenworld. I spent many hours here as a child while my folks perused, and not surprisingly I remember it being a lot bigger. It's still as rad, although sadly the epic desert mural at Collectors Corner has been taken down. I took home one little succulent who has so far managed to live, despite a shaky start.

And happy belated Australia Day. I have a little video of BB yelling out booooogaaan that I was going to post but then realised doing that would be a bit, well, bogan... so refrained. It's pretty hilarious though!

I'm glad I am not the only one... Whenever I go to. Garden centre I always come away having brought all of the half dead plants that are on the sale trolley because I feel sorry for them. Is that crazy?!

So sweet to see your parents sharing some garden time with Rosie. Love her outfit and love PB's spiffy shirt. xx

Ps The cactus plant in the first pic on the right kind of freaks me out in a phallic symbol kind of way...oh dear.

I've loved the holiday series! This one reminds me very much of Charlie and the chocolate factory for some reason. You know that candy fantasy garden where the oompa loompa's live? I know... weird. It's late and I'm slightly delerious.

p.s - those legwarmers get me every time xx

pps - is your lens okay?

Ooh I immediately recognised Gardenworld. A must for any visit to Melbourne. I love the place! It also reminds me of my childhood.

I have to admit that I would find a video of BB yelling 'bogan' entertaining.

Is that a David David tshirt that PB is wearing?
