Finally got around to dusting off the kit lens to take a few snaps (while the 50mm still awaits its fate...) Despite the recent sunshine there's still been a helluva lot of rain to contend with. I tried to stretch out a drawing session* by presenting BB with some New Chalk. It was so successful that BB now demands nooo chork for every drawing session, so my pastels will be quickly diminishing. At least it makes for some colourful photos, right?

* These sessions invariably result in BB directing me on what to draw; usually ducks on bikes.

  4. Who needs a fancy pants lens when you can take amazing pics like these Anna?! Love the pinks and yellows. And fingers crossed for the 50mm. xx

I was scrolling down and I thought, 'oh. cool chicken on bike drawing'. Wrong, it's a bloody duck. This is why I should never draw.

Love the colours. I can't wait for Josephine to get to an age I can use her as an excuse to do such fun things as drawing on pavements & hanging in make shift dens under the table xx

  15. I am so happy I am not the only indulgent parent when it comes to art supplies! Except mine is scribbling on my fancy cold-pressed watercolor paper. Somehow, I believe I will cherish those scribbles so much more than I ever have my own paintings.

Beautiful. As always! I'm not sure if you are surrounded by beauty, or you just capture its fleeting moments particularly well. Regardless, thanks!
